Backstory
Lead Brawler arose from a term sheet whose friendly introduction and binding conditions described entirely different bargains. The black suit and neon pinstripes make the offer look inevitable; glowing contract scrolls carry the real pressure. In the Term Sheet Boardroom, whoever defines the terms begins the fight with an advantage.
Personality
Calm, persuasive and comfortable letting silence make someone else nervous. Respects a prepared negotiator and underestimates anyone who looks unfamiliar with the room.
Fighting style
Patient positional pressure and heavy commitments once the opponent accepts a bad exchange. Offers an apparent opening that places the responder exactly where the next strike needs them.
